I ordered from dpcpix.com and had a smooth experience overall. The order status updates were helpful, and I got emails when my order was being processed and when it shipped, so I wasn’t left wondering what was going on. One update came a little later than I expected, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, the service was good and the tracking made everything easy to follow.

I used dpcpix.com to keep an eye on my order, i wasn’t sure at first if the tracking would actually be reliable. But it ended up being spot on the whole way. The updates came through whenever the parcel moved, and the delivery day matched what it said, which I kind of kept expecting to change but it didn’t. Nothing super fancy or anything, but it did what I needed. I’d probably use it again.

I ordered a canvas from dpcpix.com, and while the print itself looked okay, the whole thing just didn’t feel put together very well. The frame seemed a little warped, and the canvas wasn’t stretched tight, so there were small waves showing on the front. The corners were kind of messy too. When I reached out, the experience felt impersonal, like I was just another ticket number instead of an actual customer. It’s not the worst canvas I’ve ever seen, but for something I planned to hang on my wall, I definitely expected better.

I appreciated that they were responsive and willing to help, but the messages I got were a bit confusing. I had to ask twice just to understand what was actually going on, which got kind of frustrating. Once things were clarified, everything was fine, but clearer updates from the start would’ve made the experience a lot smoother.

I was disappointed when my prints showed up because they looked so much darker than the original photos. The colors just didn’t match what I sent in at all. it kind of made me lose trust in ordering prints from them again.

I ordered my regular size, same as usual. But when it showed up, it was definitely smaller than I expected. Not awful or anything. Just... not really matching the size chart for me. Ended up having to return it, which was kind of annoying.

The photos themselves looked okay, so no complaints there, but the paper felt really thin. A couple of the corners bent way too easily, and that part was weird because I expected them to feel a bit sturdier. I’m not totally sure how well they’ll hold up in my album over time.

I was already feeling pressured to get everything done quickly, so having to restart over and over got really frustrating. Maybe it works fine for other people, but for me it just wasted a lot of time. I ended up giving up and using another site instead

I ordered a set of photo prints from DPC Pix, they didn’t turn out as well as I hoped. I’ve had prints done through a couple of other sites before, so maybe I was expecting similar results, but some of these came out darker than they looked on my screen. A few also had slightly odd color tones, and the details felt a bit soft, especially in faces. The paper itself was fine, and they weren’t the worst prints I’ve ever received, but overall I expected better. I’ll probably try a different service next time.

I was mostly just focused on getting my order quickly, so the limited pickup times really stood out to me. They didn’t fit my schedule at all, and once I got there, it still took longer than I expected. Maybe other parts of the process were fine, but that’s what stuck with me. I probably won’t choose local pickup again.

I assumed it would crop the photo the way I had it lined up, since that’s how these things usually work, but the faces ended up getting cut off in a weird way. Definitely not the result I thought I was setting up.

I wasn’t expecting much, but DPC Pix was easy to use. The pages loaded without any issues, and I found what I needed without having to click around forever. The layout is simple, which actually made things easier. A few parts do feel a little dated, but overall I was pleasantly surprised and it worked well for me.

My PNG uploaded without any issues, but another file type I normally use wasn’t accepted, so I had to convert it first. It wasn’t a huge problem, just a bit annoying when I thought it would be more straightforward.
